摘要 目的观察分析细菌感染对尿液全自动检测的影响。方法应用SysmexUF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪及其配套试剂,进行尿红细胞及潜血的测定。结果不同常见种类菌尿对尿红细胞测定结果的影响不同,铜绿假单胞菌影响最大,细菌浓度为104/ml即影响红细胞测定,而细菌浓度为105/ml时对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠埃希菌有影响;以镜检法为标准,UF-1000检测尿红细胞比较菌尿组假阳性率为30.83%,高于非菌尿组的10.83%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 UF-1000尿液分析仪操作简单、快速,有较好的重复性和敏感性,菌尿干扰尿液(沉渣\分析仪对尿细胞、尿潜血)的测定。 OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the effect of bacterial infections on automatic detection of the urine.METHODS SysmexUF-1000 automated urine sediment analyzer and reagents were taken for the determination of red blood cells and the determination of occult blood in urine.RESULTS Different types of common bacteria had different effects on the determination results of red blood cells,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was influenced most,the concentration of bacteria with 104/ml affected the determination of red blood cells,the concentration of bacteria with 105/ml had effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli;taking microscopic examination as the standard,the false positive rate of red blood cell by UF-1000 Urine Analyzer was 30.83% in bacteriuria group,which was higher than 10.83% in non-bacteriuria group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P0.01).CONCLUSION The operation of UF-1000 Urine Analyzer is simple and fast with good reproducibility and sensitivity;bacteriuria can interfere in the determination of urine(sediment/the determination of urine cell by the analyzer,urine occult blood).
