迟发性心脏人工机械瓣膜功能障碍再手术治疗11例分析

摘要 迟发性心脏人工机械瓣膜功能障碍是瓣膜置换术后最严重并发症之一，临床上较少见。1999年1月至2011年11月，浙江大学医学院附属第一医院心胸外科共收治迟发性心脏人工机械瓣膜功能障碍共11例，进行再手术，10例治愈出院，1例死亡，现报道如下。
