Studies on amino acid pattern of 0-4 week Nongan geese

摘要 采用2×2二因子试验设计,饲粮中不同水平蛋氨酸(0.45%、0.60%)和赖氨酸(1.00%、1.20)对0~4周龄农安籽鹅生长性能、肝脏中的IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量及血清中生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)、胰岛素(INS)的影响,利用最佳蛋氨酸和赖氨酸组合设计出饲粮氨基酸模型。不同蛋氨酸水平对鹅的日增重和料重比影响显著(P<0.05)、对血清中的GH、IGF-Ⅰ和INS影响不显著(P>0.05)、对肝脏中IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量影响不显著(P>0.05)。0.60%蛋氨酸水平时,日增重最大、料重比最小、血清中IGF-Ⅰ的含量最高。不同赖氨酸水平对鹅的增重和料重比影响不显著(P>0.05)、对血清中的GH、IGF-Ⅰ和INS影响不显著(P>0.05)、对肝脏中IGF-ⅠmRNA表达量影响极显著(P<0.01)。当1.0%赖氨酸水平时,血清GH、IGF-Ⅰ、INS的浓度及肝脏中IGF-Ⅰ表达量最高。蛋氨酸与赖氨酸之间的交互作用对料重比、血清中的INS浓度影响显著(P<0.05),对肝脏IGF-Ⅰ表达量影响极显著(P<0.01)。0~4周龄农安籽鹅最适宜生长发育的饲粮氨基酸模型为:赖氨酸100、蛋氨酸60、胱氨酸27、苏氨酸69、异亮氨酸70、亮氨酸161、精氨酸115、缬氨酸81、组氨酸47、酪氨酸65、苯胺酸92、色氨酸7。 In order to find out an optimal amino acid pattern of the goose,this experiment involving 4 dietary treatments with 2×2(methionine×lysine) design was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of dietary methionine(0.45% and 0.60%) and lysine(1.00% and 1.20%) on growth performance of 0-4 week-age Nongan geese. IGF-ⅠmRNA expression in liver,concentration of insulin(INS),growth hormone(GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-Ⅰ) in serum were determined.The influences of different levels of methionin-e on the body weight gains(BWG) and feed/gain(F/G) contents were significant,with the maximal value on BWG and IGF-ⅠmRNA expression in liver and minimal values on F/G at 0.60% with methionine level.The significant effect was observed on IGF-ⅠmRNA expression in liver when the lysine level was 1.00%.Combined effects of methionine and lysine were significant on F/G,INS and highly significant on IGF-ⅠmRNA expression in liver.The total amino acid requirements of Nongan geese from 0 to 4 weeks of age were:Lys 100,Met 60,Cys 27,Thr 69,Ile 70,Leu 161,Arg 115,Val 81,His 47,Tyr 65,Phe 92 and Trp 7,respectively.
