摘要
目的探讨急诊期面中部骨折的诊断策略及治疗方法以提高其诊治水平。方法对41例面中部骨折者按骨折情况分型,并对部分病例采用上颌窦骨折复位固定及经鼻窦内窥镜手术复位的方法处理。结果复位32例,满意30例,基本满意2例。结论鼻腔鼻窦冠状位及水平位CT为常规检查项目;常规眼科会诊可准确掌握眼部情况,有效减少减轻术后眼部并发症及后遗症;对有额窦、筛窦及蝶窦骨折者应考虑颅底损伤的可能;建议诊疗按骨折情况分型及处理。
【Objective】 To explore diagnosis and treatment methods of middle facial fracture in the emergency to enhance treatment efficacy 【Method】 41 patients suffered from nasal sinus fracture were classified by degree of lesion.32 of them were treated by Caldwell-Luc method and endoscopic sinus for reducing fractures.【Result】 The results of 30 out of 32 cases were satisfied and the other 2 good.【Conclusion】 To better diagnose and treatment,one must pay attention to the symptoms of eyes,orbital floor and nasoethmoid sinus fracture and other severe injuries,CT scan is necessary for diagnosis.
