摘要
味精行业一直被认为是高污染行业,其生产过程产生的废水很难进行末端处理。文章从生产工艺源头和高浓废水资源化综合利用两方面,介绍了目前味精生产中污染预防工艺的研究现状,并对污染预防技术的发展前景进行了展望。
Monosodium glutamate industry is usually regarded as heavy pollution.The discharged wastewater in production process is hardly treated.The techniques of pollution prevention were introduced according to the main production process of monosodium glutamate and comprehensive utilization technologies of high concentration wastewater.The development prospect of pollution prevention techniques was also put forward.
