高等教育治理模式及其经验观测维度的比较分析框架 被引量:10

An Analytical Framework for Comparing Higher Education Governance Model and Empirically Observable Dimensions

摘要 政府中心模式、学术自治模式以及市场导向模式是高等教育治理的三种理想模式,在不同的治理模式中,大学自治权的程度和范围以及治理本质等方面存在着显著差异。通过对程序性自治维度和实质性自治维度的经验观测,可以衡量高等教育治理变化的程度和方向,为我们进行高等教育治理的国际比较提供了一种有用的分析框架。 The state-centered model, academic self-governance model and the market-oriented model are three ideal-types of higher education governance. The degree and range of university autonomy and the essence of higher education governance are quite different among the patterns. The empirically observable dimensions, such as procedural autonomy and substantive autonomy, enable us to measure the degree and direction of change for higher education governance. This provides us a useful analytical framework for the cross-country comparison of higher education governance.
