摘要 目的探讨Caveolin-1蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法和免疫印迹法检测65例食管鳞癌患者的癌组织及对应癌旁正常食管黏膜中Cave-olin-1的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌组织中Caveolin-1蛋白的表达水平高于对应癌旁正常食管黏膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),食管鳞癌组织中Caveolin-1蛋白的表达水平与其分化程度相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移、TNM分期等无关。结论 Caveolin-1蛋白在食管鳞癌中的高表达可能与其发生发展有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinic characteristics of Caveolin-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods Expression of Caveolin-1 in 65 patients of ESCC and normal esophageal epithelial tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis.Results The expression level of Caveolin-1 was significantly higher in ESCC than that in the normal esophageal epithelial tissue(P〈0.01),and up-regulation of Caveolin-1 was correlated with differentiation of ESCC.It had no relationship with lymph node metastasis or TNM stage.Conclusion The overexpression of Caveolin-1 may play an important role in the progression of human ESCC.
