摘要
目的探讨巨大尖锐湿疣患者皮损人乳火瘤病毒(HPV)-DNA型别方法收集门诊2007年1月至2010年1月巨大尖锐湿疣患者67例,凯普导流杂交基芯片技术对疣体行HPVDNA分型检测+结果67例巨大尖锐湿疣患者中63例检测出HPV—DNA,阳性牢为94.02%、HPV—DNA阳性者中检出低危型HPV 84例次(占60.87%),高危型HPV54例次(占39.13%)HPV亚型仍以低危型HPV6、11为主,但高危型HPV16、18偏高.
Objective To determine the genntypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) in patients with giant condvloma aeuminatum. Methods Sixty-seven outpatients with giant condvlnma aeuminatum collected from Janual)- 2007 to Januaty 2010 were included in this study. Lesi.nal specimens were obtained fi'om these patients. The genotypes of HPV were determined by flow-lhrough hybridization and gene chip assay. Results Of the 67 cases of giant condyloma acuminatum, 63 (94.02%) were positive fnr HPV DNA. Among the HPV DNA- positive specimens, 84 (60.87%) harbored low risk types of HPV, 54 (39.13%) high risk types of HPV. Type 6 and 11were the predominant low risk I-IPV types, while type 16 and 18 were the major high risk HPV types. Conclusion There is an elevated prevalence of high risk HPV types 16 and 18 in patients with giant condyloma aeuminatum.
