摘要
为建设浙江省电能质量监测平台区域电能质量评估模块,根据投影寻踪原理,将电能质量多个单项指标转化为一个综合指标,利用混沌粒子群算法对投影方向进行优化,建立了基于混沌粒子群优化和投影寻踪的电能质量综合评估模型。算例应用结果表明,该模型评估结果更合理、可信度较高。并针对浙江地区的六个变电站的监测网监测数据,给出了相应的评估结果。
For construction of area evaluation module in power quality monitoring platform in Zhejiang Province,multi-indexes of power quality is converted to a single comprehensive index based on projection pursuit(PP) theory.And the projection direction is optimized with chaotic particle swarm optimization(CPSO).Then the power quality comprehensive evaluation model is established by combination of CPSO and PP.Example results show that the proposed model is reasonable and believable.Finally,the power quality evaluation results of six substations in Zhejiang Province are given on the basis of monitoring data.
