Language is controlled by concepts and meanwhile spread concepts. The protection of human rights requires not only institutional guarantee, cultural and mental assimilation, but also a revolution in language. This essay analyses the discriminatory meanings against senior citizens, the dead, widows, singles, monks, nuns, beggars, obese people and some special professionals. It is believed that the clearance of some discriminatory idioms against human rights is crucial for the promotion the concept of 'Rule of Law' and the establishment of consciousness of the human rights. It is unacceptable that the brand-new modern concepts of the human rights and 'rule of law' will be offset by some cliché two-part allegorical sayings.
