Comparative Study on Sino-US Psychological Contract from Cultural Dimensions Theory

心理契约反映员工各种心理需求,在一定程度上受到文化因素的影响。借助霍夫斯泰德的文化模型,对中美两国不同文化背景下员工心理契约类型、内容以及违背后反应等方面的差异进行了对比分析,为探讨适应中国本土文化的心理契约管理模式提供理论参考。

The psychological contract reflectes employees a variety of psychological needs,and is affected by cultural factors to some extent.Based on the Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions,this paper analyzs the difference of psychological contract types,content and contrary reaction with different cultural backgrounds between China and America.It provides a theoretical reference for exploring the psychological contract management model to adapt to local culture.
