摘要
在推进城乡教育一体化过程中,对城乡教育资源进行一体化配置已经在理论和实践层面取得共识,然而由于缺少科学可行的执行依据,在具体实施时仍然存在一定的盲目性。本研究在城乡教育资源存量差异的假设前提下,构建了县(区)域内城乡一体化教育资源配置模型,按此模型对我国西部F县2009-2010年城乡教育资源配置作模拟计算,并与该县2009年、2010年实际数据进行对比分析,结果表明该模型对于县(区)域内城乡教育资源一体化配置具有显著效果,基本达成了为城乡资源配置提供科学模型和为考核政府教育投入绩效提供科学依据的研究初衷。
In the process of urban-rural education integration, consensus has been reached on theoretical and practical level that educational resources of the two sides should be rearranged under the pempective of integration. However, related implementation was not reasonable as lack of scientific basis. This paper provided a scientific model on the basis of assumptions of existing difference between urban and rural education. Then authors compared and simulated relevant data from a county in western China in the year of 2009 and 2010, the rcsuh showed that the model is efficient and significant ibr educational resources arrangement and government performance evaluation.
