NDRG1基因在前列腺癌中的表达及其与肿瘤分化和侵袭的关系 被引量:2

Expression of NDRG1 in prostatic cancer and its association with differentiation and invasion

摘要 目的:分析NDRG1基因在人类前列腺癌组织中的表达情况。方法:收集65例患者的前列腺癌组织及12例正常前列腺组织,提取总RNA,应用实时定量PCR检测NDRG1mRNA的表达水平。结果:统计学分析显示,65例前列腺癌组织中的NDRG1mRNA表达量低于正常前列腺组织(P<0.05),随着前列腺癌分级的升高和分化程度的降低,NDRG1mRNA的表达量呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论:NDRG1在前列腺癌组织中呈低表达,而且其表达与前列腺癌的分级和分化密切相关,提示其可能对前列腺癌的发生或发展有重要的作用,这不仅为研究前列腺癌的发病机制提供进一步的线索,而且对前列腺癌的诊断治疗具有重要意义。 Objective: To analyze the expression level of NDRG1 in human prostatic cancer. Methods: 65 samples of prostatic cancer tissues and 18 samples of normal prostate tissues were collected. The NDRG1 mRNA level was detected by Real-time PCR. Results.. The statistical results of Real time PCR indicated that NDRG1 mRNA expression level of prostatic cancer was lower than that in normal prostate tissues(P〈0. 05), and there was a decreasing trend of NDRG1 mRNA level during the increasing grade and decreasing differentiation status of prostatic cancer. Conclusions:NDRG1 has low expression in prostatic cancer tissues, and it was closely related to the differentiation status and grade of prostatic cancer, which indicates that the low level NDRG1 may be engaged in the development of prostatic cancer.
