摘要
概述了日用陶瓷抗热震性的相关检测标准,对比了不同类别日用陶瓷产品的技术要求和检测方法。通过分析影响日用陶瓷抗热震性的因素,提出通过三步法来改善日用陶瓷的抗热震性,包括:一看,观察裂纹的类型;二比,对比问题出现时间点前后原料、工艺、窑炉、气候的变化情况;三排查,对工艺过程进行全流程排查,即原料、配料、粉碎、成形、修坯、烘干、烧成等工艺过程的排查。
This paper introduced the standard of domestic ceramics,and compared the difference about technical requirements testing method among different domestic ceramics.In order to improve the crazing resistance of domestic ceramics,we herein analyzed crack types and influencing factors on first.And then we gave three-step method solutions,including observing crack types,comparing the change of technique process,running continuous examinations to check technique process.
