摘要
用固相反应法合成组成为Pb0.99+x(Zr0.95Ti0.05)0.98Nb0.02O3+x(x为PbO过量比)的陶瓷粉体,经1200℃烧结2h得到陶瓷样品,研究过量PbO对陶瓷结构和性能的影响。研究发现,过量的PbO将会进入晶格导致晶胞变大;随着铅含量的增加样品的晶粒尺寸增加,维氏硬度减小;当铅过量x=2mol%的时候,样品获得最大的密度7.69g/cm3和最大的相对介电常数325。
PZT powder with a composition of Pb0.99+x(Zr0.95Ti0.05)0.98Nb0.02O3+x(x is)was synthesized by solid state reaction method,and then sintered at 1200℃ for 2h to prepare the ceramics.The effects of PbO excess x on the structure and properties of prepared ceramics were studied.The results show that the unit cells enlarge as the excess Pb enter the lattice,the grain size of the samples rises and the Vikers hardness declines with the increase of Pb,the maximum density of 7.79g/cm3 and the maximum relative permittivity of 325 were acquired when the Pb excess is x=2mol%.
