热处理温度对矿渣微晶玻璃显微结构及耐腐蚀性的影响研究 被引量:15

摘要 以白云鄂博二次选后尾矿和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融法制备微晶玻璃材料。通过DTA、XRD、SEM测试手段研究了热处理温度对微晶玻璃的显微结构及耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明:显微结构是影响微晶玻璃耐酸碱性能的主要因素。在860℃进行热处理时,普通辉石相细小晶粒均匀分布于基体玻璃中,耐酸碱性能最优,其中耐酸性99.8%,耐碱性99.7%,随着热处理温度的升高,微晶玻璃材料的耐酸碱性能均有一定提高,并且耐酸性高于耐碱性;均高于铸石制品,是良好的工业耐腐蚀材料。 Glass-ceramics material were prepared from Bayan Obo tailing and fly ash as the main raw materials by the melting method.The microstructure and corrosion-resistant of the samples studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Experimental results show that:microstructure is the main factor affecting the acid alkali-resistance.When the annealing temperature was 860,glass-ceramics with uniform fine spherical crystals and that are homogeneously dispersed within parent glass matrix,have been obtained the best of the acid alkali-resistance,and 99.8% of acid resistance,99.7% of alkali resistance.As the annealing temperature rises up,the acid alkali-resistance of the glass-ceramics material were increased,in addition,acidoresistant higher than the alkali resistance,which higher than cast stone,is a feasible industrial corrosion resistant materials.
