三维编码彩色光栅在织物疵点检测中的应用

摘要 为了更准确识别织物疵点以及提高在线检测的实时性,研究了一种基于三维编码彩色光栅的织物疵点检测方法,并对其检测效果进行了试验。结果表明:通过在织物表面投射一幅固定彩色光栅的编码方法,就可以解算出织物的三维骨架信息,再将此信息转换成两坐标平面的数据信息,即可进行疵点的识别与分类,经测试,该法误检率为2.85%。指出:该检测方法具有较高的可行性和可靠性。 To recognize fabric defect more accurate and improve online detection real-time, a kind of fabric defect detection method based on 3D coding color optical grating was researched, the detection effect was tested. The result shows that fabric 3D framework information can be calculated through the coding method of projecting one fixed color optical graging on fabric surface, then the information were converted into data information of two-coordinate plane, finally fabric defects can be identified and classfied. Through test false detection of the method is 2.85%. It is pointed out that the feasibility and reliability of the detection method is better.
