鼠神经生长因子治疗神经性角膜病效果分析

Mouse nerve growth factor （mNGF） treatment of neuroparalytic keratitis

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子（mNGF）在治疗神经性角膜病中的临床疗效。方法65例（6S只眼）神经性角膜病的住院患者随机数字法分为两组，治疗组33例（33只眼）在传统疗法基础上加用鼠神经生长因子注射液肌注，对照组32例（32只眼）给予传统疗法。治疗21d后根据患者视力、共焦显微镜观察治疗前后的角膜变化情况评定临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为81．81％，高于对照组的59．38％，治疗后两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗神经性角膜病效果显著。

Objective To investigate mouse nerve growth factor （mNGF） in the treatment of neu- roparalytic keratitis. Methods Sixty-five patients （65 eyes） with neuroparalytic keratitis were random- ly divided into 2 groups, treatment group of 33 eyes in traditional therapy combined with mouse nerve growth factor and control group of 32 eyes with traditional therapy. Clinical effects were evaluated after 21 days treatment according to the vision, confocal microscopy observation before and af- ter treatment in patients with corneal changes Results The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 81.81%, control group was 59.38%, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor has an obvious treatment re- sults on neuroparalytic keratitis.
