摘要
国家实施连片特困地区区域发展与扶贫攻坚新战略,培育区域增长极无疑具有重要的战略意义。武陵山地区作为国家实施连片特困地区区域发展与扶贫攻坚的第一个试点,适合选择增长极开发模式,带动区域发展。在对核心增长极的条件进行比较分析的同时,选择培育增长极的合理路径,构建"组团增长极",以此优化区域增长极等级体系。从而带动像武陵山区这样连片特困地区的科学发展、跨越发展和脱贫致富,最大限度地实现全国区域协调发展。
It is that the National implementation of regional development and the anti-poverty strategy in contiguous destitute areas,and the cultivation of regional growth pole is undoubtedly an important strategic significance.As the first experimental unit,it is suitable for Wuling Mountain area to choose the development model of growth pole to drive regional development.A comparative analysis on the conditions of the core growth,at the same time,a reasonable path of the cultivating of growth pole is chosen and the ＂group-growth pole＂ is built to optimize the regional growth pole hierarchy.So as to drive scientific development,spanning development and shaking off poverty and becoming rich in such contiguous destitute areas as the Wuling Mountainous area,to maximize the national coordinated development.
