经济结构、经济发展与污染物排放之间关系的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship among Economic Structure,Economic Development and Pollutant Emission

污染排放与经济发展的研究大都基于环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC),而两者之间是通过经济结构和经济结构调整所联系的。随着经济结构的改善,污染排放呈现逐渐下降的趋势。但是经济结构的改善可能会在短期内使得经济发展放缓甚至下滑,也可能在短期内就实现促进经济发展,从而表现为倒U型关系。本文采用中国1985-2009年的统计数据,对经济结构、经济发展以及污染物排放的关系进行实证研究,指出了EKC模型存在的问题,进一步论述了基于经济结构调整所体现出的经济发展与污染物排放的倒U型曲线。

The research of pollutant emission and economic development are mainly based on The Environmental Kuznets Curve（EKC）,and the economic link of them are through economic structure and economic structure adjustment.As the economic structure improved,the pollutant emission is gradually reduced.However,though the economic structure improvement may boost the economic development,it may also lead the economic development slow down,even downturn in short term,which called the U-shaped relation.This paper gave the empirical study of the relationship between economic structure,economic development and pollutant emission,based on the Chinese statistical data during 1985-2009.Finally,we revealed the EKC model and further discussed the U-shaped relation of economic development and pollutant emission,which was represented based on the economic structure improvement.
