摘要
针对宜昌胶磷矿品位低、难分选的现状,本文从磷矿石矿石特性出发,采用无压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选磷矿,同时简要介绍了重介质旋流器结构特征。该工艺在花果树选矿厂的实践分选中达到预期分选效果,证明了重介质选工艺的实践可行性。与传统分选磷矿的浮选法相比,重介质分选法工艺简单可靠,环境污染小,并且具有以低密度悬浮液实现高密度矿石分选的特点。该工艺的应用对合理开发和有效利用宜昌中低品胶磷矿具有指导作用。
According to the present situation that the difficult separation and low grade of collophanite in Yi Chang,based on the ore properties,the three-product dense medium cyclone fed with no pressure was applied in the separation of collophanite and the structure characteristics of the heavy medium cyclone were briefly introduced in this paper.The practice shows that the process has reached the expected separation effect in Huaguoshu concentration plant,which proves that the heavy medium separation process is feasible.Compared with the traditional flotation separation process,the heavy medium separation process is simple and reliable,environment-friendly,and has the feature of using low density suspension to realize high density characteristics of mineral separation.The application on this process has some degree of guiding significance in the proper development and effective utilization of the low and middle grade of Yi Chang collophanite.
