摘要
为了解决日益严峻的环境问题,水性涂料成为未来环境友好型涂料的发展方向。以水性饱和聚酯和水性环氧树脂物理混合的方法研制水性卷材底漆,讨论了聚酯和环氧的质量比以及不同固化剂对漆膜性能的影响,并通过电化学阻抗谱探讨了漆膜的耐蚀机理。结果表明,当聚酯和环氧树脂的质量比为7:3时,以部分甲醚化的氨基树脂SM5717为固化剂,所得漆膜综合性能良好,划格附着力0级、T弯1T,铅笔硬度3H,耐甲乙酮擦拭>100次,中性盐雾试验达到450h。
To solve the serious environmental problems, the water-based coating will become a development orientation of environment-friendly coating in the future. A waterborne primer for coil materials was prepared by physical mix of waterborne saturated polyester with waterborne epoxy resin. The influence of mass ratio of polyester to epoxy and different curing agents on film performance was discussed. The corrosion resistance mechanism of the film was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicated that the obtained film prepared with a mass ratio of polyester to epoxy resin 7:3 and partially methylated amino resin SM5717 as curing agent has good comprehensive performance: cross-cut adhesion strength 0 grade, T-bend 1T, pencil hardness 3H, MEK resistance 〉100 times, and salt spray resistance 450 h.
