摘要
目的:探讨影响老年性白内障术后眼压升高的因素。方法:对选取病例用统计学方法进行分析,总结影响术后眼压升高的相关因素。结果:年龄、前房内反应(房闪)与术后第1 d眼压有相关性。结论:眼内粘弹剂的残留、小梁网滤过功能、血-房水屏障破坏可使老年性白内障眼术后眼压升高。
Objective：This study was designed to investigate the factors affecting postoperative cataract patients with increased intraocular pressure.Methods：Selected cases were analyzed using statistical methods and summarize the factors affecting postoperative increased intraocular pressure.Results：Intraocular pressure of the first postoperative day correlated with age and aqueous flare.Conclusions：The residual viscoelastic material,filtration function of trabecular meshwork and disorders of the blood-aqueous barrier can increase intraocular pressure of postoperative cataract patients.
