慢性胃炎合并溃疡性结肠炎的中医辨证治疗

The Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine about Patient Suffering from Chronic Gastritis and Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨中医辩证治疗慢性胃炎合并溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将120例慢性胃炎合并溃疡性结肠炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组(A组)予以西医的抗生素、激素、免疫抑制剂等治疗。实验组(B组)采用中医辩证方法治疗,比较两组患者治疗后疗效。结果:实验组治疗后治愈率的评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组总有效率为92.9%,明显高于对照组的81.4%。结论:采用中医辩证方法治疗慢性胃炎合并溃疡性结肠炎具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床应用推广。

Objective：Explore the Curative effect about chronic gastritis and ulcerative colitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods：Put the 120 patients into two groups,who suffer from chronic gastritis and ulcerative colitis.The control group（A group） was given the western medicine antibiotics,hormones,immunosuppressive therapy.The experimental group（B group） was given the Chinese medicine dialectical method in the treatment process.We will learn the result of two groups of patients after curative treatment.Results：The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,P0.05.The experimental group total effective rate was 92.9%,significantly higher than that in control group81.4%.Conclusions：The use of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical methods in the treatment of chronic gastritis with ulcerative colitis has good clinical curative effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
