中医辩证分型治疗2型糖尿病临床分析

目的:研究2型糖尿病的患者口服降糖药,加以中医辨证分型治疗的方法,能较好的加强降糖的效果。方法:选取我院2010-05～2011-05收治的2型糖尿病的患者48例,随机分为两组,甲组患者26例,采用胰岛素联合中医辨证的治疗方法治疗湿郁化热、脾胃气虚、肾虚精亏型2型糖尿病患者,乙组患者22例常规采用西药降糖药物进行治疗。对患者治疗后临床效果进行对比分析。结果:经过系统治疗后甲组患者的临床效果明显优于乙组患者,甲组总有效率88.46明显优于乙组总有效率59.09%,甲组均明显优越于乙组患者,两组对比存在显著差异性,据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过消渴方加减解郁清热、健脾和胃、补肾固精等方剂辨证施治,可以综合调理患者机体环境,阴清热、益气健脾、补肾固精之法辨证治疗,改善了糖尿病患者的内环境,在一定程度上增加了胰岛素的敏感性,并促进了胰岛素的利用,临床获得了满意效果。

Objective：Study of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with oral hypoglycemic agents,to TCM syndrome differentiation treatment method,can better enhance the hypoglycemic effect of.Methods：In our hospital from 2010 May to 2011 May were in type 2 diabetic patients 48 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,group A in 26 cases,the introduction of insulin combined with TCM therapeutic method for the treatment of damp stagnation of heat,the spleen and stomach qi,deficiency of the kidney essence deficiency in type 2 diabetic patients,22 patients in the conventional group B western medicine hypoglycemic drugs.The treatment of patients with clinical results after comparative analysis.Results：After system after treatment clinical effect is better than the patients in group B patients,the total efficiency of 88.46was better than group B the total efficiency of 59.09%,group were significantly superior to group B patients,there are significant differences between the two groups compared,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions：By Xiaoke Decoction Jieyu heat,invigorating spleen and stomach,kidney tonic prescription,syndrome differentiation,can be integrated conditioning body environment,yin clearing heat,replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,kidney tonic of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic patients,improving the internal environment,to a certain extent,increased insulin sensitivity,and promoted the clinical use of insulin,has obtained the satisfactory effect.
