关于小麦籽粒质量概念的讨论 被引量:2

摘要 讨论和理解小麦籽粒质量的定义,有助于规范小麦籽粒质量的概念,统一其含义,制定小麦产品标准,改进小麦质量改良的实践,促进小麦产业链各环节的交流和联系。本文依据国际标准化组织(ISO)关于"质量"的定义,从小麦籽粒质量的概念、测定、分析、应用以及产业链的角度,讨论了不同产业环节、不同消费对象对小麦籽粒质量的理解,定义了小麦籽粒的质量,引申了小麦籽粒质量在产业链各环节交流中的含义和作用。 Discussing and understanding the definition of wheat kernel quality is helpful for defining its concept,unifying its meaning,making standards of its products,improving the practice of wheat quality improvement,and promoting communication and contact among each link of wheat industry chain.According to the definition of "quality" published by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the understanding of wheat kernel quality from all industrial links and consumers were discussed.Besides,the wheat kernel quality was defined,and the content,role of wheat kernel quality in the communication among each link of industry chain was expanded.All these aspects above discussed were based on the concept,testing,analysis,application of wheat kernel quality,from the parts of the industrial chain.
