初始温度对瓦斯爆炸特性影响的数值模拟 被引量:12

Numerical Simulation of the Influence of Initial Temperature on Gas Explosion Characteristics

摘要 建立基于总能方程的RNGκ-ε湍流流场模型和基于多种控制机理的分步反应爆炸燃烧模型,以有限体积法求解爆炸流动及反应控制方程。模拟结果清晰的显示了爆炸过程中各参数的流场分布特征。通过对比分析爆炸压力、火焰温度、气体组分变化等特征参数在不同初始温度条件下、不同爆炸反应时刻的发展变化及其原因,得出了相应的变化规律。 The RNG κ-ε turbulent flow model based on the total energy equation and the step-by-step reaction gas explosion combustion model based on variety of control mechanisms are established,in which finite volume method is applied to get explosion flow and reaction control equation.The flow field characteristics of the parameters in explosion processes were showed clearly.And the developments and changes of the explosion pressure,the flame temperature,the change of gas components were analyzed in the processes of different explosion conditions and the different times.And the corresponding variations were obtained.
