摘要 利用扫描电镜和常规石蜡切片技术对雷竹无限制花序的形态建成进行了研究。结果表明,雷竹无限制花序形态建成过程可划分为花序主轴分化期、第一级侧生假小穗及顶端小穗分化期、颖花原基分化期、雌雄蕊形成期、生殖细胞形成期及假小穗继续形成期;各分化时期是连续的,并有重叠。 The morphogensis of indefinite inflorescence of Phyllostachys violascens ( Cart. ) A. et R.iv. was studied by scanning electron microscopy and paraffin section techniques. The morphogenesis of inflorescence of P. violascens could be divided into 6 periods: inflorescence rachis differentiation, the first lateral spikelet and apical spikelet differentiation, glumous flower primordium differentiation, stamen and pistil develpment, germ cell development and pseudo-spikelet development. These 6 periods are continuous and overlapped.
