摘要
高清晰度漏磁管道内检测器可以判断出管壁缺陷的特征信息,具有单位时间采集数据量和总采集数据量大的特点。主控系统作为检测器的核心,主要完成海量数据的传输和存储,其数据传输速率和数据存储容量决定了检测器的性能。设计以PC104plus CPU主板作为主控系统核心部分,以FPGA作为主控系统辅助部分。其中FPGA完成来自1440只传感器数据的接收,PC104plus CPU主板通过PCI总线接口芯片PCI9054将FPGA接收的数据压缩并储存到固态硬盘中,同时完成检测器调试工作。经验证,该设计的数据传输速度达到20.91 MB/s。该设计方案切实可行、性能稳定,并满足了设计指标。
A high resolution magnetic-flux leakage detector inside the pipeline can judge the characteristics of defect of the pipe wall,and it is featured in huge amount of data during either the unit of time or the total.As the core of the detector,master control system(MCS) mainly fulfills the transmission and storage of giant data,whose rate and capacity can determine the performance of the detector.It is designed that PC104plus CPU plays as the core of the master control system,and FPGA as the auxiliary part.FPGA is designed to receive data from 1440 sensors and PC104plus CPU and compress and store the data in solid state disk(SSD) through the interface chip of PCI bus.Meanwhile,the debugging of the detector is finished.By experiments,the transmission rate of the designed detector is 20.91 MB/s.It is proved that the designed project is practical,and its performance is stable,which can meet the designed qualification.
