摘要
介绍了几种适用于汽轮机铸件的铸造涂料及其主要原材料，并研究了铸造涂料的性能和使用工艺。通过采用醇基涂料和水基涂料配合使用的涂刷工艺，有效地提高汽轮机铸件的表面质量。
Several foundry coatings suitable for steam turbine castings and their main raw materials were presented. The properties of the foundry coatings and applying process were researched. The surface quality of steam turbine castings can be improved effectively by the coating process that uses alcoholbased coating and water-based coating together.
