摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在门诊输液中的应用效果。方法学习精细化相关理论知识;分析以往输液中出现的问题;运用精细化的理念和方法做指导,制定门诊输液管理流程,并进行应用管理。结果实施精细化管理后护士工作有序,患者输液等候平均时间由(40.3±3.9)min缩短至(12.6±3.6)min;患者对输液工作的满意率由80%上升到96%;输液护理缺陷明显降低。结论精细化管理在门诊输液流程中的应用,能指导和帮助护士有序的工作,缩短患者等待的时间,提高工作效率;有效地规避护理不良事件的发生,保障患者的输液安全;改善护患关系。
Objective To study the effect of delicacy management on infusion process. Methods We studied the theory of delicacy management, analyzed the risks of infusion process according to it, and made the infusion process. Results Time of waiting to infusion reduced from (40.3±3.9) min to (12. 6±3. 6) min after carrying out delicacy management. The satisfactory degree of patients rised from 80% to 96%. The nursing adverse events on infusion also decreased. Conclusion Delicacy management played a great role in improving work efficiency, decreasing nursing adverse events, ensuring infusion safety and ultimately improving the nurse-patient relationship.
