摘要
In order to establish the semiconductor illumination standards system, accelerate the development of key technical standards of semiconductor illumination and push forward the healthy development of our semiconductor illumination industry, SAC organized and held the first meeting of the leading group of semiconductor illumination in Beijing on April 18. Relevant leaders and experts from NDRC, MOST, MIIT, MOF, MOHURD and AQSIQ attended the meeting.
