摘要
Vice-President of IEC James E. Matthews Ⅲ visited IEC National Committee of China in the morning of March 29, 2012. Secretary- General of IEC National Committee of China and Vice Administrator of SAC Shi Baoquan and Vice Administrator of CNCA Xie Jun met jointly with Mr. Matthews. After that, Mr. Matthews inlroduced in detail the latest progress and problems in the research of IEC Special Working Group on the personnel placement of A Group. Two sides exchanged their opinions concerning the possible revision of related IEC constitutions, the change of the membership fee and the management requirements. They also held a profound discussion on issues such as the development plan of IEC, its implementation and the key task of SMB etc.
