鼻炎 鼻息肉与鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的关系

Correlation of rhinitis nasal polyps and nasal NK/T cell lymphoma

目的分析鼻炎、鼻息肉与鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的关系。方法对郑州大学第一附属医院2007年1月至2011年7月收治病理学检查确诊的59例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾及分析。结果 59例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者均有鼻炎、鼻息肉病史,所有患者均有EB病毒(EBV)感染或感染史,50例(84.75%)患者诊断鼻炎时间大于1年,23例(38.98%)大于5年。21例(35.59%)患者诊断鼻息肉时间大于1年,2例(3.39%)大于5年。结论 NK/T细胞淋巴瘤与鼻炎、鼻息肉密切相关。

Objective To study the relationship between rhinitis, nasal polyps and nasal NK/T cell Lymphoma. Methods The clinical data of 59 patients was reviewed and analyzed from January 2007 to July 2011 of our hospital had been confirmed as nasal NK/T cell lymphoma by pathological study. Results Totally 59 nasal NK/T cell lymphoma patients were diagnosed as rhinitis, nasal polyps at first. All of them had a medical history of EBV infection or infection history. 50 cases were diagnosed as rhinitis more than 1 year,23 cases were greater than 5 years. 21 cases （35.59%） were diagnosed as nasal polyps more than 1 year,2 cases（3.39% ） were greater than 5 years. Conclusions There is close relationship between rhinitis, nasal polyps and nasal NK/T cell Lymphoma.
