针刺治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪的施治规律探讨

Differentiation regularity of acupuncture treatment of spastic cerebral palsy

目的基于文献探讨针刺治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫（cerebral palsy，CP）的施治规律。方法通过万方数据库获取2000-2010年国内公开发表的关于针刺治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪文献，建立研究文献数据库。结果共检索到相关文献43篇，随机分组对照观察22篇（51．16％）；以针刺为主的治疗方法共采用14种；2～5种治疗方法联合使用者38篇（88.37％）；针刺频次为1次／d者32篇。头针9篇（36％）、体针11篇（68．75％），在排序前13位的主穴中，头部用穴6个（46．15％）。结论2～4组主穴交替使用，针刺频次以2次，d为佳，为了弥补治疗CP针刺频次和留针时间的不足，建议将针刺疗法和耳穴贴压疗法结合运用。

Objective To study the differentiation regulatity of acupuncture treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods Wanfang Database was used for getting relative domestic literature on acupuncture treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. The retrieval time was setting at year 2000 to 2010. Results A total of 43 articles were retrieved. Among this articles, 22 articles had randomized control observation （51.16%）, 14 articles were treated mainly by acupuncture, 38 articles used 2 to 5 methods in combination （88.37%）, 32 articles used acupuncture frequency at once/day, 9 articles used 30 min retention scalp needling （36.00%） , and 11 articles used body needling（68.75%）. Among the top 13 main points, head points occupied 6 （46.15%）. Conclusion We suggested that 2-4 main points be alternately used, acupuncture frequency was set at 2 times/day. In order to make up the inadequacy of frequency and retention time, we suggested that acupuncture and auricular acupressure therapy be used in combination.
