摘要
目的探讨利用图像处理技术分析细胞吸收光敏剂过程的可行性。方法将光敏剂血卟啉单甲醚(HMME)注入喉癌细胞的培养皿中一定时间后,利用倒置荧光显微镜在不同时刻拍摄细胞的荧光图片,应用Matlab软件等进行图像处理得到反映不同时刻的细胞荧光强度的参数值L,并对计算结果进行对比。结果细胞的荧光强度随着时间在15、90、300min逐渐提高,Sobel算法与Otsu算法都可以较好地反映图像的荧光强度。结论应用图像处理方法分析光敏剂进入细胞过程的方法简便、实用,具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To study the feasibility of analyzing photosensitizers absorbing process by cells based on image processing technology. Methods Fluorescence images of Laryngeal cells were taken by inverted fluorescence microscope after adding photosensitizers for a certain time. Parameter L that reflects the fluorescence intensity of ceils in different times was obtained and the calculation results were compared. Results The fluorescence intensity of cells increased over time. Sobel operater and Otsu algorithm can both reflect the fluorescence intensity of images. Conclusion Image processing technology can effectively analyzes the process of photosensitizers absorbed by cells.
