南阳市食品中重金属污染物检测分析 被引量:5

Analysis of heavy metal pollution in the food of Nanyang City

摘要 目的了解2011年南阳市食品中重金属铅、镉、汞的污染状况。方法在全市主要农贸市场和超市随机采集(购买)127份,共11类食品进行铅、镉、汞检测。结果 11类食品分别受到不同重金属污染,其中铅、镉污染最普遍,检出率分别为88.2%和80.3%。铅超标率最高的食品为水果47.6%。淡水鱼中受汞污染最普遍,检出率为87.5%,平均值为0.072 mg/kg。结论南阳市食品中重金属污染水平较高,需采取措施加强检测,查找污染源头。 Objective To understand the pollution of the heavy metal(including lead,cadmium and mercury) in the food of Nanyang City.Methods In the main farmers' markets and supermarkets of the city,127 samples of 11 categories of food were ramdomly collected to test the content of lead,cadmium and mercury.Results Eleven categories of food were,in different degrees,contaminated by heavy metal.the most common food contaminated was lead and cadmium,the detection rate was 88.2% and 80.3% respectively.Fruit had the highest exceeding lead rate(47.6%).Fresh water fish affected by mercury pollution was the most common(87.5%),average 0.072 mg/kg.Conclusions The food in Nangyang city had a rather high pollution of heavy metal,the determination of heavy metal pollution should be promoted to find out the pollution source.
