某市国家基本药物制度实施现状研究

Implementation of National Essential Drug System in a City

目的:为促进国家基本药物制度实施提供参考。方法:收集相关政策资料,查阅某市国家基本药物制度实施前后的数据,了解该市国家基本药物制度实施情况。结果与结论:该市出台了国家基本药物制度相关环节的多种管理办法,国家基本药物制度实施效果显著,但还存在一些需要改进的地方,如:试点地区间基本药物补偿制度差异较大;目录遴选调整工作不及时、欠科学;基本药物合理用药需进一步规范等。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the promotion of national essential drug system. METHODS： The relevant policy information was collected and the data was reviewed before and after the implementation of national essential drug system. The implementation of national essential drug system in the city was investigated. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Various manage- ment approaches to related areas of national essential drug system have been issued in the city, and the implementation of national essential drug system the results obtain obvious effect. But there are still some areas for improvement, such as the difference of es- sential drug compensation system is great among pilot areas; directory selection adjustments are not timely and less scientific; the rational use of essential drugs should be further standardized.
