我院门急诊含辛伐他汀的处方分析

Analysis of Prescription with Simvastatin in Out-patient Department of Our Hospital

目的:促进我院辛伐他汀的合理应用。方法:调查我院门、急诊药房在2010年含有辛伐他汀的西药处方,对处方中存在药物相互作用的情况加以汇总、分析。结果与结论:共收集到含辛伐他汀处方5802张,其中有961张为不合理用药,尤以氨氯地平联合辛伐他汀最为普遍(6.1%),说明我院药物不合理联用处方仍存在,需医师和药师共同努力,促进临床用药更加安全、合理。

OBJECTIVE： To promote the rational use of simvastatin in our hospital. METHIDS： The outpatient department pre- scriptions which included simvastatin in 2010 of our hospital were investigated; the interactions of the drugs were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： 5 802 simvastatin prescriptions were investigated, 961 prescriptions were irrational drug use. The highest irrational drug use prescription was Amlodipine combined with simvastatin （6.1% ）. The irrational drug use in our hospital still exist, so we need the doctor and pharmacist work together to improve the drug us more safe and more rational.
