RP-HPLC法测定妇炎康片中丹参素的含量

Content Determination of Danshensu in Fuyankang Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的:建立测定妇炎康片中丹参素含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为280nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为40℃。结果:丹参素进样量在0.21～0.84μg范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=2.1%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于妇炎康片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of danshensu in Fuyankang tablets. METH- ODS： RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Lichrospher C18 column with methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, sample size was 10 μL. and column temperature was 40 ℃. RESULTS： The linear range of danshensu was 0.21-0.84 μg （r= 0.999 6） with an average recovery of 98.4 % （RSD = 2.1%, n = 9）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and reproduc- ible, which can be used for the content determination of danshensu in Fuyankang tablets.
