双室生物载体对反应器低温运行脱氮除磷强化作用的研究

摘要 针对城市污水低温时脱氮除磷效率较低的问题,根据生物脱氮除磷的原理,研究出了一种新型生物载体-双室生物载体。选取普通悬浮载体和双室载体2种载体,分别从溶解氧、COD、氨氮、总磷等方面对各载体在低温条件下处理生活污水性能进行了比较研究。试验结果表明,双室载体比普通载体多了内室,外室ρ(DO)>3 mg/L内室ρ(DO)<1 mg/L,形成了稳定的好氧区和缺氧区。在各反应器对COD去除率均达到70%以上的情况下,双室载体对总氮、氨氮的去除率比普通载体提高20%,对总磷的去除率提高30%,主要由于存在好氧缺氧区。双室载体及其工艺是高效低温同步脱氮除磷的生物载体及方法。 Microbe carrier is the core of Biofilm methods.A new carrier:double-chamber carrier was maken up in according to the mechanism of biological nitrogen and phosphorus.Two kinds of bio-carrier were compared from the aspects of DO,COD,nitrification,total phosphorus efficiency on treating domestic wastewater.The result showed that double-chamber carrier was one more chamber than regular carrier,DO of the inside and outside chamber was not same,aerobic zone and anoxic zone was natural formed.The double-chamber carrier had higher removal effection on nitrification and total phosphorus because of the aerobic zone and anoxic zone.The double-chamber carrier also needs further study.
