摘要
采用不同种类的活性污泥混合后,以催化氧化预处理强化生化的工艺进行聚醚多元醇生产废水处理的小试和中试。结果表明,适应高含盐废水的活性污泥与驯化后的活性污泥按体积比1:1混合后,经过再驯化,可以很好地适应催化氧化后的聚醚醇废水。COD总去除率可达到90%左右,使污水中COD从1 500~2 000 mg/L降低到80mg/L左右。
This article introduced the treatment of polyether alcohols wastewater by different kinds of activated sludge.It indicated that the polyether alcohols wastewater could be effectively treated by the mixed sludge.The mixed sludge was constituted with the halophilic sludge and the acclimated sludge by the proportion of 1:1(volume ratio).The polyether alcohols wastewater could be treated well by the mixed sludge after acclimation.The removal of COD reached about 90%,and the concentration of COD decreased from 1 500~2 000 mg/L to 80 mg/L.
