复合填料曝气生物滤池在中水回用中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用活性炭+椰壳复合填料曝气生物滤池对污水处理厂出水进行深度处理,研究了不同HRT、气水体积比对出水COD、NH3-N及色度的影响。结果表明,在HRT为4 h、气水体积比3:1工况下处理效果最好,COD、NH3-N及色度平均去除率分别为45.69%、80.59%、91.14%。稳定运行10d后,出水水质达到GB/T18920-2002与GB/T18921-2002要求。企业每年可节约自来水365 kt,费用70.08万元;同时可以减排污水365 kt。 Secondary biochemical effluent of sewage treatment plant was treated deeply by biological aerated filter with activated carbon and coconut shell.Effect of variable hydraulic retention time and air-water ratio on effluent quality were investigated.The results showed that the process achieved the greatest COD,NH3-N and chromaticity removal rate of 45.69%,80.59% and 91.14% respectively when hydraulic retention time got to 4 h and air-water ratio was 3:1.Finally running steadily for 10 d,water quality can meet the requirements of GB/T 18920-2002 GB/T 18921-2002.Annual savings of water reached 365 kt and the cost reduced 700 800 yuan,the sewage reduced 365 kt at the same time.
