摘要
凝结水精处理高速混床在运行中出现氯离子漏出,会造成炉水氯离子含量高,进而造成热力系统应力腐蚀、钢铁脆化等事故。通过分析精处理混床在运行过程中造成泄露氯离子的原因,并提出可靠的预防措施,避免机组在运行过程中发生热力系统腐蚀和脆化事故。
If the chloride ions leaking phenomenon occurs in the bed of the polishing treatment of condensed water,it will increase the content of chlorine ions in the furnace water,causing such accidents as stress corrosion,steel embrittlement and so on.This paper is intended to analyze the incentive of the chloride ions leaking phenomenon during the high speed mixed bed operation,and some new reliable preventive measures has been proposed to avoid the accidents occurred in large unit thermal system.
