摘要
采用物化和生物结合工艺处理槽罐车清洗废水。根据槽罐车清洗废水特点,混凝、破乳后进行气浮处理,再通过曝气铁碳池改善废水的可生化性能后,进入ABR+生物接触氧化生物处理系统,最后经混凝、沉淀后尾水排放。工程运行结果表明,混合废水经过物化和生化处理后,尾水水质满足污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1997)三级排放标准要求,废水的COD、BOD5、甲苯和二甲苯去除效率均超过99%。
According to the characteristics of cleaning the tank truck waste water,combination of physical-chemical treatment and biological treatment were adopted in the project.The biodegradability of wastewater is improved obviously by coagulation process、emulsion breaking and iron-carbon reduction method.Then the effluent flow into the ABR and biological contact oxidation process,and finally the wastewater was discharged by coagulation and sedimentation.It showed that the final effluent could reach the grade Ⅲ standard of GB 8978-97.The removal rate of COD、BOD5、toluol and xylene was more than 99%.
