膝痹膏方中当归的提取工艺

Study on the best extraction technology of Angelica from knee and arthralgia herbal paste

目的:研究膝痹膏方中当归的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以当归中阿魏酸的含量为指标,考察乙醇体积分数、用量及提取时间对提取工艺的影响。结果:当归中阿魏酸最佳提取工艺为:7倍量50%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次2.5 h。结论:优选出的最佳提取条件,经验证其结果稳定,方法可行。

OBJECTIVETo study the best extraction technology of Angelica from knee and arthralgia herbal paste.METHODSThe extraction technique was designed by orthogonal design, the content of ferulic acid was taken as indicators, explo-ring the influence of factors such as ethanol concentration, ethanol volume, extraction time and so on. RESULTS For extrac tion of ferulic acid in Angelica, the optimum conditions were as follows： 7 times the amount of 50% ethanol refluxing extract three times, 2. 5 h each time. CONCLUSION The repeated experimental results are stable, and the method is feasible.
