摘要
目的建立朱砂中可溶性汞盐在水飞过程中的溶出动力学模型。方法以朱砂水飞过程中可溶性汞盐溶出量为指标,测定在不同水飞时间和温度下的汞盐溶出量,建立朱砂中可溶性汞盐溶出动力学数学模型,并计算模型参数。结果朱砂中可溶性汞盐溶出动力学符合Stumm方程dC/dt=Kq(Cx-Ct)n,式中Cx为该盐溶解平衡时的浓度,Ct为在t时间时的溶解浓度,Kq为动力学速率常数,n为该盐的反应级数。结论在实验范围内,动力学模型符合一级动力学方程,活化能Ea=17.35 kJ/mol,在固膜扩散控制范围内。
AIM To establish the kinetics model of the dissolution of soluble mercury salts from Cinnabaris in levigating.METHODS By using the quantity of soluable mercury salts as the indication,release was measured in different temperatures and at intervals in levigating to build the mathematic model for the parameter estimation.RESULTS The dissolution kinetics model of soluble mercury salts from Cinnabaris had fitted the Stumm equation dC/dt=Kq(Cx-Ct)n.(Cx,Ct were salt concentration at equilibrium and the time t,respectively.Kq was kinetic constant.n was reaction order).CONCLUSION In the extent of this experiment,the kinetic model coincides the first class kinetics equation and the Ea is 17.35 kJ/mol at extent of the solid layer diffusion control.
