脉复生合剂对糖尿病大血管病变大鼠PAI-1、APN的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察脉复生合剂对糖尿病大血管病变大鼠纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)、脂联素(APN)的影响。方法将53只SD大鼠按随机分为正常对照组和模型组,将模型组大鼠随机分为5组:模型对照组、西洛他唑组、脉复生合剂低、中、高剂量组,每天按照1mL/100g体重灌胃给予相应药物,连续56天。研究结束时取血检测葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、PAI-1、APN水平。结果脉复生合剂各剂量组给予高脂高糖症大鼠进行干预治疗,在16.8g/kg体重剂量下能降低大鼠血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,但对PAI-1、APN水平的影响无统计学意义。结论脉复生合剂对糖尿病大血管病变大鼠PAI-1、APN无影响。
