摘要
一种新型阻燃、防霉和防水的铁路篷布已研制成功。它是以维纶为基布,涂塑聚氯乙烯(PVC)而成。 本文着重讨论两个技术关键:利用阻燃剂之间的协同效应,解决了产品低温性能和阻燃性的矛盾;利用防老剂之间的协同效应延长篷布的使用寿命。
A new type of flame retarding mildew-resistant and water-proof tarpaulin for railway use was developed. It is prepared with polyvinyl alcohol fiber as the base fabrics, apply a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste coating and have the two elements plasticized.In this paper, emphasis is placed on the discussion of two key points: Synergistic effect among various flame retarding agents for balancing the low temperature performance against the ame retardancy of materials; Synergistic effect among various kinds of ageing-resistant agents for ongating the service life of tarpaulin.
