摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立了JKMD-2.8×4型多绳摩擦式提升机主轴装配的有限元模型,并对其施加约束和载荷后进行非线性求解,获得了主轴装配时的轴向接触反力曲线图。计算结果与实际情况基本吻合,证明了有限元法的正确性和可靠性,为实际装配提供了有力的理论依据。
The f inite element software ANSYS Workbench was used to build a f inite element model of the assembly of the main shaft in JKMD-2.8 4 multi-rope hoist.And then the model was restrained and loaded to conduct nonlinear solving,and the variation curve of axial contact counterforce generated during assembling of main shaft.The calculation results were consistent with the actual situation,which indicated the correctness and reliability of the FEM and offered theoretical references for actual assembly.
